Shipping policy
We ship our parcels within 3 - 5 business days through Canada Post Expedited Parcel. You will receive a Canada Post tracking number and notifications about your delivery and then we send you a Sales Receipt with the tracking number on it as well. Should you have any trouble receiving your parcel please contact Canada Post with your tracking number. If you are still having trouble please contact us at tammy@opeongosoaps.ca. We will do our best to make sure your parcel is received in good condition.
